BIO

I did both undergraduate and bachelor studies at Buenos Aires 'Manuel de Falla' conservatory with bassist Edgardo Vizioli and chamber professor Haydée Schvartz. Joining the Teatro Colón Academy, my main teachers were bassist Elian Ortíz and cellist Stanimir Todorov. I moved to Paris after graduating from Universidad Nacional de las Artes, joined Yann Dubost class and finished my Master at Rotterdam's university with Luis Cabrera. During my training years, I got two scholarships by Mozarteum Argentino foundation and spent several summers in Germany at the academy of Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival.

Professionally, I was engaged with the Orquesta Estable del Teatro Colón between 2013 and 2016. In 2017 I won a year contract with Paris Opera orchestra before joining Brussels Opera as a fix musician in 2018. All these experiences were guided by great conductors such as Christoph Eschenbach, Gustavo Dudamel, Alain Altinoglu and Semyon Bychkov. I was also invited to play with important ensembles like Radio France and Netherlands Philharmonics. As a chamber musician, I usually perform with diverse groups in Belgium, France and Italy.

Teaching is an activity I also enjoy. Private lessons are given on request. Between 2011 and 2013 I taught double bass at youth orchestras in my home country and in 2019 I did the same in Mexico. By 2024 I was invited to give my first seminar at Buenos Aires conservatory.
