ZINNETANGO

Zinnetango is a binational quartet formed in 2021 that plays regularly across Belgium and Europe. Our first line up toured Estonia with Omar Mollo that same year. In 2023 I produced our second video EP at the main atelier of Brussels Opera, featuring a first arranged piece by Jacques Brel.

Since 2024, our fix formation features bandoneonist Fabrizio Colombo, violinist Camille Babut du Marès and pianist Pablo Bacerra. I also produced another video EP at Brussels Dada Studios in 2024, exploring the possibilities of Piazzolla’s repertoire for string bass and piano.

Between 2024 and 2025, Zinnetango achieved some major engagements, such us playing at Flagey and Wolubilis halls in Brussels, sharing stage with Omar Mollo at Ars Sonic in Mons, performing at Innsbruck Tango Festival and premiering Martin Palmeri’s Misatango at La Monnaie with the royal opera choir.
